But to be fair – this place would have been a 5/5 otherwise. Everything works and is in good order. Front desk and security are really friendly too.

For RM230/- a room on weekend – no other complaints.

It’s very near to all sorts of shops, convenient and if you want to grab sth near by. Tho there’s no beach, but you still can enjoy the sea and the wind by walking by the bay.

(Not the most soundproof but durable)

The condo doesn’t look the most well maintained but the unit that we were in was facing the sea! It was very zen and nice for a simple stay

Also, this place is hyper near to the water front and eateries. Overall a pleasant experience

Appreciate if they could extend the swim pool operating hours.

Room was spacious.
View was nice – we had the seaview
Aircon was strong and actually too strong for the bed in the living room.
Bed very nice to sleep on.
Housekeeping daily with fresh towels replaced daily too. But the floor so yucky after our 4 days.

Has mini fridge and safe box in the apartment.

Bad thing was the toilet.
Very small and floor is slippery.
Always flooded during use. Had to wait for awhile before the water goes down.

Nobody watches tv since there are so few channels. Wifi was fine and everyone was on their own devices.

Lift only got 2 serving all levels.
Even their staff also uses the same lift for housekeeping. Cannot even tell which floor you are at, until the door opens. Can’t even tell if the lift is coming while waiting for it endlessly.
Happened to experience one of the lifts breakdown at night and the queue took awhile to clear.

There are 3 Swimming pools. Almost always full of people.

Location is quite good as there are 2 supermarkets around – Billion and TF.

Mcdonald’s is just across the building.
There are also other fast food around. Halal options everywhere.
But have to walk since each shop is one building away.

There is a Regina Mall but super empty and few shop tenants in there. There is a bowling alley and KTV rooms.

We managed to visit their weekend pasar malam. With non-halal food options.

Aeroplanes flying by almost every 5 minutes. Sometimes even 2 planes at a time.

We caught multiple fireworks during our stay due to Deepavali celebrations. It’s like random gun fire.

Nice and chill place to visit and stay.

Need to improve :
1) Room and the bed are not hygienic/dirty/too dusty. Bed also untidy. Room itself was also not sufficiently clean. Cleaners don’t clean well either.
2) Got the torn & messy towel.
3) TERRIBLE building and design. Lobby/cafe and room very far. Need to walk to another building. The passage in the corridor is too dirty and blackened. This building design also weird and more are like hostel/low cost apartment. The inner building is definitely in need of repair. Signs of fungus on the walls indicate that it’s time for a fresh coat of paint.
4) Lift service is so bad, too slow/super slow to wait. Plus lift are not well maintained. Lift sometimes working sometimes not working.
5) Wi-Fi connection are very poor, cannot connect.
6) Very limited television channel. So boring.
The worst hotel that I ever stay. Disappointed!

At night my room got toilet blockage call reception, operator, n housekeeping no ones answer us… We have to wait until water in the toilet reduce to use back.. Level 7 room no. 9A..Premier suite..

1) Rooms can be upgraded for free
2) Mini kitchen has mini fridge, microwave, wifi
3) Room & spacious living room
4) Friendly Staff
5) Easy parking

2 elevator per tower… Lift access to parking on level 3 and above only.

Weird design… But the facility level swimming pool is beautiful with nice layout.

Clean room, standard 5 star hotel room equipment. Top notch security.

The beach is very clean. It’s just not safe to bathe because of the embankment area.

But the elevator in the lobby wants to go up, please fix it. Inconvenient for guests with broken elevator buttons. Worry if left alone will affect the hotel’s rating.

The lift is okay doesn’t have much problem as what others are reviewing. Even when I came during weekend. The pak cik guard is super kind too.

But,
Please put a mirror in the room (only have 1 small mirror in the toilet).
The place is a bit tricky for the first timer (the staff at the reception are not explaining things properly and they did not register my access card at the correct tower 🫠).
Please provide more plates and cutlery.

Apart from that, I’m really satisfied.

Staff was also very helpful in introducing Port Dickson to us.

The hotel is located in one of the best locations, with a 24-7 arcade at the bottom, a lot of eateries around, great pier and nice supermarkets. If you walk a little further there is a nice kopitiam to go to for breakfast that sells great noodles.
